Steps to reproduce:
- have vertical tabs enabled and bookmarks bar hidden
- hide vertical tabs. (now u cant see ur tabs anywhere)
- open new window
- open sidebar (to show your vertical tabs)
- toggle bookmarks bar
Expected behavior:
bookmarks should appear centered
