Steps to reproduce:

Open a page example.com works, open it in Focus mode, then launch a new window, the default start page will not allow the exiting of Focus Mode, though context menus or otherwise, I see this being an issue especially for people who clear the homepage.
Expected behavior:

I expect that I can exit focus mode though the view menu in the global menu bar, but it is greyed out...
