Install the Keepa extension and click the icon to activate. The Keepa Settings page should pop up asking for consent to store cookies.

Tested with a clean install of Orion, with no other extension enabled. Native Content Blockers and Tracking Prevention are both disabled.

Expected behavior:

User should have the choice to select accept or reject.
