Brief Summary
I noticed some inconsistent spacing in the Edit Bookmarks window that I feel like is not intended (Bookmarks > Edit Bookmarks, default hotkey opt-cmd-B). See screenshot attached.
Details:
- Spacing between header and first bookmark (i.e. above Favorites folder) has a couple unneeded pixels above it.
- Spacing between bookmarks in list is consistent, but spacing shrinks for the remainder of the window (empty lines are skinnier than populated bookmark lines)

Note: bookmarks are blurred in the screenshot for privacy reasons, but it shouldn't affect seeing the issue at all.
