Steps to reproduce:

Play video in a tab, go to another tab. then right click the tab which is playing the video. PiP option is now missing.

wasnt working before because of this bug:

but i had the option that is now gone

Expected behavior:

to show me Picture in Picture option when right clicking tab that plays the video
