Steps to reproduce:
- Enable Downtime
- Add Orion to “always allowed” in Screen Time
- Try to access any website and get “Screen Time: You’ve reached your limit on ****.com”. All websites are blocked.
Obviously Orion without access to any websites isn’t usable and thus the always allowed option doesn’t do anything.
