Searching for URLs in the “open links in apps” settings page causes Orion to become unresponsive

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a few deep-links and universal links that are already configured to open in apps
2. Go to settings > open links in apps
3. Use the search bar and start searching
4. At about 3-5 characters into the search, the app will freeze and become unresponsive
5. If the app isn’t freezing, try repeating the search a couple of times. It freezes quite often.

Expected behavior:
Searching for configured links doesn’t make the app unresponsive.
