Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a feedback forum post with special characters in the title (e.g. https://orionfeedback.org/d/5234-settings-browsing-new-setting-history-with-checkbox-open-urls-from-history-in-new-tab)
  2. Wait for the JS to load

Expected behavior:
The page title text should be displayed correctly, however > characters (and maybe others) are being incorrectly double-encoded, leading the tab to appear as Settings > Browsing [...] in the linked example. The title is correct before the site's JS loads.
