Steps to reproduce:
This issue only occurs sometimes, but when it does the steps are:

  1. Have some completed downloads in the Downloads popover
  2. Clear downloads

Expected behavior:
The Downloads toolbar item should disappear, but sometimes a ghost of it remains in the toolbar overlapping the menubar.

Very hard to reproduce consistently as it only happens sometimes, but when it does there's no way to get rid of it without quitting & relaunching.

Switching to Compact Size while the issue is present doesn't reposition the ghost icon, so it seems like it's fully detached from the menubar:

    Vlad It's the worst kind of bug in that I can't reproduce it reliably, it only happens infrequently and seemingly at random. I'll keep trying to reproduce as I go and update this thread if I can come up with any situations that make it happen or at least seem to make it more likely.
