Steps to reproduce:

  1. enable verticle tab
  2. open any website and we will need to log in

    I can further confirm that it only appears when the Password Provider is set as the 3rd party provider (i.e. there's no problem when Orion Keychain is selected).

    In the new RC, the fix for this issue introduces a new bug: If the password provider is Orion Keychain, then click Password Providers, the popup is still misaligned.
