Add menu bar shortcut to report bug

Brief Summary
It would be nice to have an item in the menu bar that opens this forum with the Report a Bug modal opened with the Orion & Mac version details prefilled, to save having to copy-paste those for each new bug.

Details:
Currently reporting a bug is a multi-step process: open the forum, click report a bug, fill out the details, open Orion's About window, copy the version & system details, then paste them in. This menu item would reduce that to two steps: click report a bug and fill out the details. I'm thinking it would make sense to include this somewhere in the Help menu.

adamaveray For this the user needs to be logged in, which for most will not be the case. Why not create a bookmark shortcut?

I've just now noticed the 'Copy Debug Info to Clipboard' item under there which could speed up the copy-paste process a bit, but I feel that includes too much information for simpler bug reports and would clutter up the issue description. Perhaps if this new menu bar item is implemented that full debug information could automatically be added as a text file attachment to the bug report to provide the additional information automatically without overwhelming the issue description?

Vlad That's a great point, I guess most users won't be logged in so this request wouldn't be appropriate in those instances. Please feel free to disregard!
