Alternate profile settings incorrectly apply to current profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a secondary profile
2. Select File → Profiles → Manage Profiles...
3. Right click on any profile other than the currently active one
4. Toggle either "Show Profile in the Address Bar" or "Show Profile Badge in the App Icon"

Expected behavior:
The initial values should be those of the profile being edited, and changing them should apply the changes to the profile being edited, but the changes apply to the current profile instead (e.g. the selected state of "Show Profile Badge in the App Icon" will initially be whatever the value is for the current profile rather than the one being edited, and toggling it will make that change to the current profile instead of the one being edited).

The name, colour/emoji and keyboard shortcut fields correctly apply to the edited profile; it's just those two checkboxes that incorrectly apply to the current profile.
