Steps to reproduce:
- In Orion's settings, make sure "Start Orion With" is either "All Tabs from Last Session" or "All Non-Private Tabs from Last Session"
- Open some tabs
- Restart the app
Expected behavior:
Tabs should not be closed when app restarts
