Profile alternate app icons not applied while profile is not running

Steps to reproduce:

Create a secondary profile
Launch the secondary profile and select a different app icon in Settings → Appearance
Right-click the secondary profile app icon in the dock and select Options → Keep in Dock
Quit the secondary profile

Expected behavior:
The secondary profile's icon in the dock should preserve the alternate app icon, but it reverts to the default icon after quitting (interestingly the primary Orion app does preserve any selected alternate app icon after quitting).

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.124.1-beta (WebKit 616.1.10)
MacBook Pro (macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (a) build 22E772610a)

I have replicated this issue in Version 0.99.124.1.1-rc (WebKit 616.1.14.11.1)
