Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to a Google Account
  2. Go to meet.google.com
  3. Go to Tools > Install this site as an app
  4. Launch your new app.
  5. Login to Google again (if needed)
  6. Create a new meeting > Start an instant meeting
  7. See that Google doesn't have access to the microphone or camera.

Expected behavior:
The single site browser would prompt me to get access to the microphone and camera.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.124.1-beta (WebKit 616.1.10)
MacBook Pro (macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (a) build 22E772610a)

      In the latest RC (Version 0.99.126.4.1.10-rc (WebKit 619.1.1)), even google meeting (not webapp) in the normal window can't get access to microphone and camera even if the access is turned on. @Vlad Should I create a seperate post for that?

        mazil Not able to reproduce that, using it normally.

            I tried using a clean profile. Still doesn't work. Any suggestions how to solve it?

                tried but not working.
                I was using my iPhone as the microphone while my laptop was closed and connected to an external monitor.
                This would normally work while I was on other browsers such as Firefox and even Orion Beta.
                I tried to open my laptop and use the built-in microphone and camera but only the camera would work and not the microphone.

                update: i forgot to turn on microphone access in macOS setting.

                  TwisterMc can you please try this with latest Orion release and let us know if the issue still reproducible?

                  Also try resetting microphone and camera access settings by below commands in Terminal:

                  tccutil reset Microphone
                  tccutil reset Camera

                      I checked in the latest release and it's working great.
