  • Pressing Emacs key binding in Address Bar no longer move cursor

  • BugsDesktopDone

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select address bar
  2. Press Ctrl-A/Ctrl-E or other Emacs key binding

Expected behavior:
The cursor moves to the beginning of the text (Ctrl-A) or to the end of the text (Ctrl-E) in consistent with the standard macOS behavior for selectable text fields. The shortcut now triggers a page scroll instead (possibly a regression from #4301)
