Brief Summary
Add the ability to add a new bookmark from the Edit Bookmarks window. Currently you can rename, edit, and delete bookmarks from here, but not add. Seems like a relevant option to put here in my opinion, and one which I would personally find useful.
Details:
I would probably add an option to the right click menu where I could add a new bookmark from scratch by filling in the title, URL, and keyword invocation. Additionally it could be helpful to be able to view the name/URL/keyword on selection and not on right click > edit... (see Firefox screenshot)

Firefox's solution, a Manage Bookmarks menu where you can add, edit, delete, etc.
