The bug seems to be triggered when you use the forward/back buttons or gestures in the browser in order to navigate between Twitter pages. This is presumably because navigation inside Twitter is handled programmaticaly through JavaScript. See the screenshot below for a demonstration.
The titles of those pages should contain the text of the specific tweets, not "Home / Twitter".
Both the desktop and mobile versions of Orion are affected. Other websites that handle navigation in a similar way may be affected as well.
