Steps to reproduce:
Hover mouse over toolbar on any page
Expected behavior:
For the toolbar to not change in color.

Slight toolbar hoverbox color change bug in Orion 108
Vlad added the Clarification tag .
You hovered over for a few seconds and watched very closely on the monitor for a slight color change? If not then it has been fixed in the latest RC.
Not yet fixed it seems in light mode.

Please note to fix this for dark mode as well.
