Dutch Language Translation not included even though it's 100% translated

Steps to reproduce:
Install the latest Orion 0.99.124 (RC) release and see that Dutch is not included in the Language list in settings as it should be, because it's already fully translated. Reported as requested by Vlad (https://discord.com/channels/802933355603034132/1036695374372544532/1104061636681158748)
I can see that there is no nl.lproj folder included in the app files, so we can rule out that it is a bug with not showing in the settings language picker.

Expected behavior:
All languages that have a 100% on Localazy, should automatically be included in the next (RC) releases

Curious for the cause I checked the Orion.app/Contents/Resources directory and surely enough no nl.lproj directory exists. However, for several internal bundles Dutch permission string files do seem available:

BrowserAssets.bundle/nl.lproj/Permissions.strings
OrionWebApp.app/Contents/Resources/BrowserAssets.bundle/nl.lproj/Permissions.strings

So looks like a bug or something.

(maybe could be a typo that I have seen in other programs like: Deutsch (German) instead of Dutch is being used and that sometimes causes problems 🤷‍♂️🤓? I’m just grasping at straws)
