Steps to reproduce:
- Put an extension file elsewhere in iCloud.
- "Install from File" and select the extension file.
- <silently fails to install extension>
- Workaround: move the extension file to the "On My iPhone/Orion" folder (the downloads folder).
Expected behavior:
- Either a more visible error, a note in the documentation, or the extension installation working.
