Brief Summary
When you have pinned tabs and one non-pinned tab, pulling the non-pinned tab away from the browser does not create a new window. For example, if I have 4 pinned sites and have Google opened on a 5th unpinned tab, I cannot pull the Google tab away from the browser to create a new window.
Details:
When pulling the tab from the browser, I expect a new window be created including that tab while a blank tab is left in its place in the original window. I believe this is fairly standard in other mainstream browsers and would assist with workflows that require multiple workspaces to open opened and manually set quickly at launch.
