Steps to reproduce:
Open Facebook and find a Feed Post with a comment that includes a GIF. Click to view all comments and the GIF overlays the comments "pop-up" windows, and you cannot explore the comments.
Tried compatibility mode, it did not solve the issue.
I cannot reproduce the issue in Safari or in any other Chromium-based browser.
Expected behavior:
To normally view comments without the GIF overlaying everything in the pop-up.
