Browsing tab doesn't show content when coming from General

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Preferences (should be in the General tab)
2. Go to the Browsing tab. It does not load.

EXTRAS:

3. Go back to the General tab and back, it still does not load.
4. If you go to any other tab and then to Browsing, Browsing loads and #3 works.

Expected behavior:
Browsing tab loads when coming from the General tab
