Ad blocking doesnt seem to work in RC

Steps to reproduce:

Go to any website, no ads are blocked

Expected behavior:

For same amount of ads to blocked as on Release

Orion, OS version; hardware type:

0.99.123.3.5-rc (WebKit 616.1.4.5), Monterey

Can confirm.

Just installed Orion RC and was surprised to see ads. Example:

macrumors.com

cbc.ca

This also occurs on a clean profile and there are no extensions installed.

Also, there are glitches with loading images sometimes that I can't reliably recreate but it happened to appear there. If I can reproduce I will file a new bug.

~~So far everyone who has reported this is using Monterey.~~ The content blocker works fine on Ventura for me.

Try https://adblock-tester.com. The result on Orion Beta is 100/100, result on Orion RC is 39/100. You can check other Adblock tests as well, the most recent Orion RC performs much worse than the most recent Beta release. Additionally, I'm seeing ads and other elements that have been blocked for some time across the web. Seems as thou this is indeed a regression.
