Brief Summary
Currently, when Orion is updated, the webapp versions do not get updated in the process. Instead, the user has to manually delete the webapp and install it again. This also comes with additional annoyances such as having to sign in again (e.g., in the case of Discord).
As an end user, it would seem logical that the webapps automatically follow Orion's version instead of requiring manual work after every update.

When applying an update, the installer should also offer the user the option to update webapp versions.
