Current behaviour:
Holding Command while clicking a page in the History menu loads that page in the current tab.
Desired behaviour:
Holding Command while clicking a page in the History menu loads that page in a new tab.
Notes:
- The desired behaviour is the same as current behaviour when doing a long-click on the back or forward buttons and then Command-clicking one of the history items
