Links to external sites don't work in some webapps

Steps to reproduce:

Create a webapp for twitter or discord
Open it
Click a non-discord/non-twitter link
Nothing happens

Expected behavior:
The links should open within the webapp.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.123.3.4-rc (WebKit 616.1.4.5)
MacBook Air (macOS Ventura 13.3 build 22E252)

Here's a side-by-side comparison of HN and Twitter webapps. Everything mostly works in HN but all external links seem to be broken in the Twitter webapp.

Experiencing the same issue in 123.3.4-rc. I would expect external links in Discord to open in the default browser (not necessarily Orion).
