but in the menu bar. i recently saw a paid app that did this, and i wonder if it would be a good addition to orion (for free).

could just be an extension of orion's PWA feature, but with a toggle to switch to "menu bar mode"

minimum features:

menu bar icon from the website favicon
left clicking it opens the popup
right clicking could show a way to open the settings and quit the "app"
also cmd-q to quit the app

more features that are nice to have:

option to make it use the mobile view of the website, as this is a small screen
settings to change the size of the popup
right clicking also to show settings

also, as discussed in the discord (https://canary.discord.com/channels/802933355603034132/1090815736898916364), the preview shown includes multiple small windows, where putting it in the menu bar may be optimal, because you might not want to have a small window taking up dock space, or it may be more convenient.

also, it would be better to either choose to have the app located in menu bar or in dock on app creation, or as a toggle between in dock or in menu bar

also, maybe support dragging them to turn from a popup into a window
