Steps to reproduce:
close orion
open orion with no tabs
navigate to plex and play a video
look at the view menu, Picture in Picture is grayed out / disabled
make a new tab (empty)
go back to the plex video tab
look at the view menu, Picture in Picture is now enabled

Expected behavior:
Picture in Picture should be enabled as soon as there is a video

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.123-beta (WebKit 615.1.16.1), macOS ventura, m1

    can you be more precise?

        Plex is an open source media player; https://github.com/plexinc - not sure how you'd go about using it for testing.

        I've just tried the same instructions with YouTube, and the Picture in Picture option shows a few seconds after the media starts playing. So, likely this is something weird that Plex specifically is doing, even though the new-tab creation gets it to show up.

        In light of that, this probably could be closed?
