Steps to reproduce:
press ^ + shift + P

you will get page setup dialogue for printing

Expected behavior:
turn on Picture in Picture mode

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.123-beta (WebKit 615.1.16.1), macOS ventura, m1
