  • When I open a new tab on iPadOS (using cmd+t with a keyboard) the focus is not in the URL bar and I can’t type a website

Hitting cmt+t opens a new tab, but the focus is not in the URL bar and typing anything (like a website) does not do anything. I need to use the mouse to hit the URL bar and then start typing.
