Steps to reproduce:
- Install FrankerfaceZ from here or here.
- Watch any Twitch live broadcast or past broadcast (VOD) and turn on 'Audio Compressor' on the player.
Compatibility mode does not work.
Changing Profiles does not work.
Only the FFZ extension is enabled.
Expected behavior:
Able to listen with compressed audio.
Actual behavior:
It totally garbles the audio and causes the player to lag pretty bad. If the Youtube tab is present, the similar effect occurs there too until both tabs are reloaded. (Should I open a separate report about that?)
On Safari with Tampermonkey and FFZ script, it doesn't work, it does a brief crackle but no garbled audio.
Works as intended on Chromium browsers. The audio compressor used is from https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/DynamicsCompressorNode
