[Mojave] Look Up doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:
In the context menu, select Look Up on any word on any page.

Expected behavior:
The Dictionary window appears.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
0.99.123.3-beta (WebKit 615.1.11.7)
0.99.124-beta (WebKit 616.1.10),
0.99.126.3.1-rc (WebKit 618.1.2)
0.99.126.4.1-rc (WebKit 618.1.2)
MacBook Pro (macOS Mojave 10.14.6 build 18G9323)

Doesn't work on 0.99.124-beta (WebKit 616.1.10), now Looking Up forces the page to reload.

Does Safari on Mojave have look up?

Yes, it works 100% fine - it even works on my old 10.6 machines, and it worked on 10.5 too (the first OS X version I used).

Steps to reproduce:

Right-click a word on a random web page (it happens at least on all web pages I tried so far)
From the context menu, choose Look up <the selected word>
After a short flickering, nothing happens
(Compatibility mode does not fix this; it has happened from the beginning of my Orion usage; Safari has no problems)

Expected behavior:
Dictionary opens and displays infos about the selected word

Bug still present in 0.99.127-beta (WebKit 619.1.1) and 0.99.127-rc (WebKit 619.1.1)

This bug remains in Orion 130. Every other browser including Safari works fine. There seems to be some kind of fundamental issue with text selection in Orion on Mojave - this serious bug also remains unfixed:
