Steps to reproduce:

Open settings for website. move mouse up and down. see video.
other then the arrows staying they also jump around on the horizontal line

Expected behavior:

to disappear when mouse is gone

    The hover effect on the dropdown controls gets stuck if you move the mouse quickly. See the demonstration below.

      Merged 2 posts from Visual glitch in the site settings popup.

        As of the latest release, the arrows no longer get permanently stuck, but still get stuck momentarily before disappearing (see video below).

        Just leaving this here in case the developers don't know about this.
