Steps to reproduce:
- Make sure that Settings > Browsing > Open new tab next to current tab is OFF.
- Open a new window.
- Open enough tabs that the tab bar starts to scroll.
- Switch to the first tab.
- Open another new tab.
Expected behavior:
The new tab should open at the end of the tab bar.
Actual behavior:
The new tab opens next to the current tab. Also, if you close a couple tabs so that the tab bar stops scrolling, new tabs will now correctly open at the end of the tab bar again.
