Steps to reproduce:
Open two websites (www.bbc.com and www.cnn.com) in two tabs
Go to tab1 and open a link in a new tab
The new tab is added in the end of the open tabs.
Expected behavior:
Natural feeling behavior - I expect to open a new tab just beside the website I opened it from as Orion on macOS or Safari on iOS does.
