Click on the favicon on the search bar, then click “Hide Toolbar.”
Expected behavior:

Comparing it to Safari, when scrolling it should completely hide the toolbar and only show the site address. On Orion, when you scroll up, it goes back to normal as if the option wasn't clicked in the first place.
