Menu Bar still shows when video is fullscreen

Steps to reproduce:

Expected behavior:
I expect the fullscreened video to fill the entire screen, and have the menu bar to disappear.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.123.3-beta (WebKit 615.1.16.1)
MacBook Pro (macOS Ventura 13.2.1 build 22D68)

seems like you have system settingto always show menu bar
