Can no longer upload a file to any websites. After selecting a file in the selection dialog, the page reloads.

Steps to reproduce:
Select upload button on a website; choose file in selection dialog; instead of uploading the file, the page itself reloads.

Expected behavior:
epect the file to be uploaded.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.123.2-beta (WebKit 615.1.16.1)
File uploads were working before this version.
