Steps to reproduce:
prerequisites: a saved window with some tabs.

  1. Start Orion, you should have a start tab
  2. Go to saved window with window drop down
  3. Click on ... button beside "1 Tab" and close it
  4. window will close even though "1 Tab" temp window is not active.

Expected behavior:
window should not close

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.123.2-beta (WebKit 615.1.16.1)
MacBook Pro (macOS Ventura 13.2.1 build 22D68)

When you close temp window by ... context menu, it will close temp window (doesn't matter if you have any other saved window selected), as that's the true owner of that browser window. Your saved window session will be still preserved as that's shared between all windows when opened in-place, which you can access by creating new window and then selecting that saved window from window drop-down.

dino I think in this case, we should fall back to the first open saved window (when switch in place is active)
