FYI - this is working for me in 0.99.136-beta (WebKit 622.1.15.19.2) - I used the Chrome version for this and it is working great. It also supports not closing the pinned tabs and the Tab Corral. In fact, I would suggest this gets reviewed for the Popular Extensions list, as it is useful to so many people - especially those of us who moved from Arc.
I take it back - it isn't working after all. As it turns out, it works great ONLY AS LONG as the Tab Wrangler UI is actually open. As soon as it closes, the timers reset. This effectively makes it useless unfortunately. (Previously, I was just running tests on it and had kept the window open while I was doing so)
