this is a safari feature

basically, if you search something up then go down a rabbit hole (in same tab), you can use this to go right back to the search results page.
it only works when you directly start the search from the address bar, not navigating to some other website and searching from there.

see how i search "bananas" but then go through a few links. to go back to the main page, as you can se at like t=0:24, i click History->Search Results Snapback, sending me back to the first search results page
it also has the default shortcut cmd-alt-s

tab history-wise, its equivalent of going back alll the way to the search results page
