Steps to reproduce:
After resizing the window by a window managing application such as Swish and Moom, the favorites/bookmarks bar doesn't center back without resizing the window manually again.
EDIT: this happens when exiting Fullscreen as well.
Expected behavior:
The favorites/bookmarks bar moves to the center of the window accordingly, even when resized by an app.
Safari Version 16.3 (18614.4.6.1.5) doesn't have this issue.
