Sometimes unable to search for something and goes to domain

Steps to reproduce:
search for "kagi"
observe that it goes to kagi.com
(watch orion video)

Expected behavior:
some sort of indicator that suggests going to kagi.com
and also backspace to just search for kagi
(watch safari video)
