Pinned tabs on ios

This is a feature on safari.

pinned tabs don't have a preview, and instead show just the title. they are grouped at the very top.
just like on macos, there can't only be pinned tabs. thus, if you only have one tab and you pin it, a new tab is created.
new tabs can't be pinned as well

Funnily enough, the app settings already mention pinned tabs, even though they don't exist:

The mobile version really lacks tab pinning for me.
When on a page, I want some tabs to be easy to reach, like apple made for example in safari. When in opened tabs menu, I want tabs I pinned to be at the bottom of other tabs as miniatures, like google made in iPhone version of chrome for example (honestly, it would be good if you just added the last feature)
For me, it will make the experience faster and easier, because I won’t need to search or to scroll to find the tabs I need every time.

I would love to see this as well. I use a few saved windows with pinned tabs and want them to be pinned on iOS as well so that I don't accidentally close them, etc. Having them be just icons on the bottom or top of the tab sidebar like on desktop would be perfect.

I see people talking about tab pinning, I've used it in safari iOS, however I don't see to have the option in Orion+

Long held tab bar, no pin option
Looked through menus, no pin option

Have no idea of it's a bug or user error.

I don't see an option to pin tab in the non-testflight version as well.

Not sure if it was here before, definitely not available now.
