Steps to reproduce:
Right-click on the toolbar and select "Customize Toolbar...". Make any change (sometimes no change is needed) and select Done. After you exit the customize window and evoke Mission Control, this problem is observed. See video. This is reproducible on separate systems.
When I quit Orion, Mission Control functions normally.
When re-launching Orion, Mission Control functions normally until "Customize Toolbar..." is selected
Edit: Safari does the same thing! But when you select "Customize Toolbar...", you have to leave the customize sheet open while evoking Mission Control to observe the issue.
Expected behavior:
Mission Control renders desktop windows properly instead of making them disappear
