Steps to reproduce:

Go on a website where are videos
Open a video on fullscreen
Tap the PiP button
Start to scroll

Expected behavior:
The content should not be displayed beyond the safe area

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Orion 1.2.4, iOS 16.0, iPhone 13
