Steps to reproduce:
Enter the following text in the URL input in Orion: https://some.domain.com/this url has spaces
The URL will be converted to: https://some.domain.com/this%20url has spaces
Only the first space is escaped (missing regex global flag perhaps?).
This causes issues when copying and pasting such a URL into any rich text interface that recognizes typed/pasted URLs and converts them to links.
This is related to but different from https://orionfeedback.org/d/2850-spaces-in-url-file-path-as-opposed-to-query-string-are-escaped-by-rather-than-20-when-copying-from-the-url-bar.
Expected behavior:
The URL to be updated to the following: https://some.domain.com/this%20url%20has%20spaces
This is the behavior of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, et. al.
Orion version:
Version 0.99.123-beta (WebKit 615.1.16.1)
