Moving Tab in Saved Window to New Window Destroys Non-Saved Window

Steps to reproduce:

• Initialized a new non-saved window one tab
• Initialize a new saved window with one tab
• Switch in-place to saved window
• Right tab and select move tab to New Window
• Tab moves to non-saved window and replaces previously open tab in non-saved window

Expected behavior:
Tab should not replace non-saved window tab
